Terms of service

Flyte is a trading name of Flyte Concierge FZ LLC, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. We operate as a licensed travel agency, issuing tickets on IATA and GDS inventory.

All fares displayed on flyteconcierge.com are indicative. No reservation is confirmed until a Flyte agent issues a formal quote and the client completes payment. Prices are subject to live availability at the airline level and may change without notice until ticketing.

Payment must be received in full before ticket issuance. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Affirm (US clients) and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT). All prices are quoted in the currency stated on the invoice.

Cancellation and change rules are governed by the fare class of each specific ticket. Non-refundable fares cannot be cancelled for refund. We will always advise on the best-available flexibility at quote stage and recommend our optional Ticket Protection plan for travelers who may need to change plans.

Flyte acts as an agent of the operating airlines. Responsibility for the actual transportation, including schedule changes, cancellations, baggage handling and in-flight service, rests with the operating carrier. Flyte will assist clients in all dealings with carriers but cannot be held liable for carrier-originated failures.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
